1% for the Planet is a global movement inspiring businesses and individuals to support environmental solutions through annual membership and everyday actions. An innovative and accessible way to support the environment through six primary areas: climate, food, land, pollution, water and wildlife. At Murphy's Naturals, we take real responsibility for our planet. Our membership allows us to make smarter giving decisions, collaborate with likeminded companies, and leverage the 1% for the Planet brand to encourage everyone to purchase for the planet.
Our Pledge
As a member of 1% For The Planet, Murphy’s Naturals pledges to donate a minimum 1% of annual sales to support environmental non-profit organizations. We support organizations like EarthShare NC, Triangle Land Conservancy, Activate Good and many more who are doing an amazing job in addressing important environmental and sustainability issues.

- We participate in 1% for the Planet’s annual online Network Auction
- Sponsored 1% for the Planet’s 2018 & 2019 Global Summit
- Sponsored 1% for the Planet Member Triangle Land Conservancy's events in 2017, including Wild Ideas & the Brumley Forest Grand Opening
- Participated in 1% for the Planet Member EarthShare NC's Volunteer Day to help clean/build the Mountains to Sea Trail.
