Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Due to the quick packing & shipping process, we can't make any address adjustments after an order is placed. Please double check your shipping address and be sure to check your address if it autofilled.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States right now. Our products are also available on Amazon if you'd like to see if they'll ship to your address!

What’s your return policy?

Return window is 30 days from day of delivery. If applicable, refunds will be credited to same form of payment used. Item must be new and unused in order to return. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Please give us 14-21 days to process returns and refunds. Contact us at info@murphysnaturals.com to initiate your return.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to how quickly our packing process works, we are unable to issue cancellations. Once you receive your order, if you are unsatisfied with your shipment you can reference our return policy for how to initiate a refund.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! At Murphy’s, it is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your order. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products so if there is something wrong, or you are not satisfied in any way, we will gladly refund your order back to the same form of payment used at purchase. How do I track my order?

After your order is packed, quality checked, and shipped from our team, you will receive an automatic email notification with your order information and the date it was ship. Please allow 2-3 business days for order handling. Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment.

Why does my Lemon Eucalyptus Oil packaging look different than what's on your website?

Our Lemon Eucalyptus Oil has recently been approved by the EPA to repel both mosquitoes and ticks! We are in the process of updating our previous labeling, which did not include claims about tick protection. In an effort to reduce creating needless waste, some of our old packaging is still available. You may receive a product that does not have the tick claim. All bottles of our Lemon Eucalyptus Oil utilize the same formula and have the same tick and mosquito repellent properties.

Are products safe to use/burn around pets?

Our products are made for outdoor use only. We are cruelty free and do not test on animals. Since the candle and incense products burn, it is especially important to keep them out of contact with dogs and cats. With that said, if you are burning the products in an outdoor environment where there is a large open space it should be ok to use them while a pet is outdoors. As always, if you have a particular ingredient concern, we encourage you to consult your vet. Our product ingredients are available on each product label and our website.

Please do not apply any Murphy’s Naturals products to your pets. Although our products are plant based and natural there is still the possibility of an allergic reaction or your pet ingesting the product. Please consult your vet - a comprehensive list of our ingredients are on our product page and on the product packaging.

Can I use this product on my kids?

While our burning products should always be kept out of reach from children, our topical products are great for everyone! Our Lemon Eucalyptus Oil Spray and Mosquito Repellent Balms are great for keeping the mosquitos away on the go but should be applied by an adult. Please note the LEO spray contains Lemon Eucalyptus Oil, Water, and Ethanol - although natural it is considered an eye irritant. These products should never be ingested. Please apply to skin according to the label instructions.

Do your products repel ticks?

Our Lemon Eucalyptus Oil provides 4 hours of protection against Deer Ticks, which may transmit Lyme Disease. It also repels Lone Star Ticks and Brown Dog Ticks for more than 8 hours.

What makes your products different from other natural repellents?

For all of our products, it comes down to the high-quality ingredients and the high concentration of ingredients used. We encourage you to check out our labels and compare it to other brands on the market.

To give you perspective, some products on the market have less than 0.5% of repellent oils, our incense sticks have 20x this amount with a 10% concentration of effective repellent oils. The mixture of essential oil and high concentration is what makes Murphy’s products effective in keeping mosquitoes away.

Can I burn Murphy's Naturals candles/incense indoors?
