Before proceeding, please confirm that your device issue is covered by our Warranty Coverage terms and conditions. In summary, here is what is covered, and not covered, by the warranty.

WHAT IS COVERED

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

• The failure of the device to perform according to the product specifications when used in accordance with the provided user manual.

• Replacement of the same or greater value product at no cost to you.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• Damage to the product caused by misuse, including but not limited to, exposure to water, abuse, or neglect.

• Repellent performance.

• Damage caused by exposure to elements outdoors such as direct sun, rain, hail, frost, etc. 

• Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills, etc.).

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, cracks, etc.) that does not affect the functionality of the product.

• Damage caused by the use of non-approved oils. 

• Normal wear and tear. 

• Issues, including battery degradation and non-performance.
