Q: Can I use your products on my pet/dog?

A: Our products are made and tested for human use only - we cannot speak to their safety or effectiveness for pets because we do not test on animals. We suggest asking your vet professional before use. Also, please note the LEO spray contains Lemon Eucalyptus Oil, Water, and Ethanol - although natural it is considered an eye irritant and should not be ingested.

 

Q: Can I use this product on my kids?

A: While our burning products should always be kept out of reach from children, our topical products are great for everyone!  Our Lemon Eucalyptus Oil Spray and Mosquito Repellent Balms are great for keeping the mosquitos away on the go but should be applied by an adult.  Please note the LEO spray contains Lemon Eucalyptus Oil, Water, and Ethanol - although natural it is considered an eye irritant.  These products should never be ingested.  Please apply to skin according to the label instructions.

 

Q: Do your products repel ticks?

A: Our Lemon Eucalyptus Oil is currently only labeled as a mosquito repellent; however we are currently going through efficacy testing on ticks. While it is still too early for us to say yes, we can tell you so far our testing is showing impressive results, but we have a long road ahead with certifications and regulatory.

Q: What makes your products different from other natural repellents?

A: For all of our products, it comes down to the high quality ingredients and the high concentration of ingredients used. We encourage you to check out our labels and compare it to other brands on the market. To give you perspective, some products on the market have less than 0.5% of citronella oil, our incense sticks have 10x this amount plus other active ingredients.  The mixture of essential oil and high concentration is what makes Murphy’s products effective in keeping mosquitoes away.

 

Q: Can I burn your candles/ incense cones/incense sticks indoors?

A: Murphy's Naturals products are made for outdoor use only!

 

Q: Where are your products made? Are you really made in the U.S.?

Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

A: Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States right now. Our products are also available on Amazon if you'd like to see if they'll ship to your address!

 

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: Return window is 30 days from day of delivery. If applicable, refunds will be credited to same form of payment used. Item must be new and unused in order to return. Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping. Please give us 14-21 days to process returns and refunds. Contact us at info@murphysnaturals.net to initiate your return.

A: Yes! At Murphy’s, it is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your order. A: After your order is packed, quality checked, and shipped from our team, you will receive an automatic email notification with your order information and the date it was ship. Please allow 2-3 business days for order handling. Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment.
